Gez Agolli

DrPH PhD MBBS & Managing Director, Progressive Medical Center

Dr. Gez Agolli, is the Co-founder of Progressive Medical Centers & Progressive Medical Management (medical management organization) Progressive Nutracare, Dr. Agolli is passionate about integrative medicine and believes that we are living in an exciting time of medical history.  Why?  Because medical science is finally recognizing that “Chronic” disease is not inherited but mostly due to a multitude of issues such as immune deficiency, toxic exposure, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiency, stress and gut dysbiosis. Therefore, Dr. Agolli has devoted most of his professional career in developing integrative clinics that truly embrace this philosophy. Progressive Medical Center has grown to several locations over the years treating over 45,000 patients in the last 25 years with a professional staff medical practitioners consisting of MDs, NPs, PA-Cs, DCs, NDs, RDs, Nutritionists, Health coach and holistic practitioners working together in concert providing a team approach for our patients. Dr. Agolli hosted a weekly radio show “Progressive Medical hour of power!” for over 8 years and recently launched a podcast “Rethink My Health”, discussing current medical topics that educate and inform the general public on cutting edge, evidenced based medical treatments and therapies,  He is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine from The American Association of Integrative Medicine (BCIM),  earned a MBBS/Doctor of Medicine USAT Medical school Montserrat  WI, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree (ND) from the United States School of Naturopathy and Allied Sciences (Completed 4,000 hours of didactic studies), as well as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nutrition from First National University (Presented thesis on “Minerals…The spark plugs of Life”) and completed DrPH, Public Health from USAT, defended his Thesis/book  to Dr. Orien Tulp, MD PhD Chancellor , “Why Healthcare is not working in America” (published).  Dr. Agolli also obtained Doctor of Pastoral Science & Medicine pastoral (Psc.D) license through Pastoral Medical Association which authorizes and directs him to provide pastoral services.  He believes that we were all created in God’s image and optimal health is achieved through a healthy balance of body, mind and spirit.  He is also a Certified Health Coach “Primal Health Coaching Institute”. He has extensive training and practical experience in “Natural” medicine prior to entering medical school, thus making him a true integrative practitioner with a strong philosophy of getting to the root cause of medical conditions. During his medical training he has achieved extensive experience in the areas of natural pharmacology, prolozone injections, digestive disorders, natural hormone replacement, Naturopathic detoxification, herbal therapies, tissue mineral analysis, functional medicine and regularly coaches other practitioners to think outside the box by practicing “integrative medicine”. He proudly served in the United States Air Force with the Special operations “1721st” Combat Control Team “Red Beret” and was honorably discharged.  He has been married to Donna for over 34  years,  and is a father and grandfather. He and Donna have hosted numerous medically compromised children while they awaited life-altering surgery through “Child spring international” and he regularly coaches other practitioners to think outside the box by practicing “integrative medicine”.

Carlee Hutchinson

Nurse practitioner, progressive medical center

Carlee has a passion for providing patient centered care to improve quality of life for patients using a holistic approach. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with her bachelor’s in nursing. After graduation, she went on to complete a nurse residency program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital where she was also trained in intermediate care, telemetry, and medical surgical nursing.  After finishing her residency in Baltimore, she returned home to Georgia to work at Emory University Hospital. She then earned her master’s in nursing at Kennesaw State with a focus of family medicine. She fell in love with the holistic side of healthcare after healing from several chronic conditions through gratitude, diet, exercise, and a positive mindset. In her free time, Carlee enjoys dancing, cooking, spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, and traveling to new places.

Radhika Rao

Radhika Rao is an IT management leader with over twenty years of 1T and leadership experience.  She has held leadership positions in big tech companies, the most recent being Director of IT at Fiserv – responsible for managing and maintaining Corporate Applications and Systems.  As the President of the Konkani Association of Georgia, she furthered the cultural goals of the association. She has been volunteering with Isha foundation for the past 15 years and is a key coordinator for Atlanta, managing the city’s operations/activities.  She was a corporate wellness coordinator working on Isha’s strategic initiative to bring wellness into corporations in North America.  She is trained to conduct yoga and meditation sessions for corporations and other organizations in the community.  Her interests include holistic wellness, natural remedies, outdoors sport, writing blogs, and music.

MARJORIE ROBERTS

President & CEO of Newton Laboratories

Marjorie Roberts received her BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin and her Masters of Science in Health Professions from Southwest Texas State University. She retired after 30 years of nursing to serve as President/CEO of Newton Laboratories, a manufacturer of homeopathic remedies. She studied homeopathy with the Academy of Advanced Complementary Medicine and received a DAHom from the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy (AACH). Marge is an individual member of the Homeopathic Nurses Association and a corporate member of the Natural Products Association. She was the founding president of CAMA, the Complementary/Alternative Medical Association and spent many years advocating at the Georgia State Capitol on behalf of natural medicine. Marge lectures at community gatherings, universities, and national health-related events. In addition, she serves as an adjunct professor at Life University, teaching a two-credit undergraduate course on homeopathy. She is the author of My Body, My Health, My Choice, a book about complementary/alternative medicine and the health freedom movement and Healing with Clinical Homeopathy, The life, genius, vision and legacy of Dr. Luc Chaltin. She has appeared on numerous television and radio talk shows discussing complementary/alternative medicine and issues of health care freedom.

Diane L. Spiva

Diane L. Spiva, NP-C, is a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience spanning various healthcare settings. With a passion for delivering compassionate and patient-centered care, Diane has demonstrated expertise in surgical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic intervention, and chronic disease management. At Progressive, she leads our BHRT, Men’s Health, and Weight Loss Programs. Throughout her career, Diane has held key roles in leading healthcare organizations, where she has excelled in providing comprehensive healthcare services to diverse patient populations. Her areas of specialization include men’s and women’s health, concierge medicine, hormone replacement therapy, aesthetics, and pain management.  Diane’s commitment to excellence is evident in her educational background. She holds a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Alabama at Huntsville, where she graduated with a perfect GPA of 4.0/4.0. Additionally, she earned a Masters of Science in Nursing Anesthesia from Newman University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University. Known for her exceptional leadership, critical thinking abilities, and strong communication skills, Diane is deeply dedicated to advocating for her patients’ well-being and ensuring the highest standards of care. She maintains active licensure and certification, including a Georgia APRN License, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification, and BLS and ACLS Certification. In addition to her clinical expertise, Diane is committed to continuous professional development and stays abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare. She is proficient in a wide range of clinical procedures and is dedicated to providing personalized and evidence-based care to her patients. Outside of her professional endeavors, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing interests in fitness, travel, and community involvement.

Melanie Wardle

Np, fmaps, functional pediatrics, progressive medical center

Melanie Wardle is licensed and Board Certified in Pediatrics. She specializes in chronic health problems, autism and musculoskeletal issues. Melanie’s practice experience includes autism, ADHD, developmental delays, immune dysregulation such as allergies, asthma, autoimmune disorders, neurologic and genetic mutations, and gastrointestinal health. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of common and complex healthcare problems beginning in infancy and continuing into early adulthood.  Melanie attended school at A.T. Still’s University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and received her master’s as nurse practitioner from the University of South Florida. She has previously worked at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.  Melanie brings a unique blend of medical care to her role, utilizing a patient-centered perspective for the care of the patient. She believes in educating patients to enable them to make the most informed decisions while on their quest for optimal health. Her true desire is to enhance positive healing experience and confidence to those under her care. She wants patients to understand the roots of their conditions, which options they have for treatment, and how that treatment will unfold. She believes that only truly informed patients could make holistic decisions that are best for their health.
